Citizen’s Arrest

Thursday, December 10th at 2:40 p.m.

755 Riverpoint Ct.

Walmart security placed a suspect under citizen’s arrest and cited subject with a notice to appear in court.


Warrant

Thursday, December 10th at 11:57 a.m.

651 I St.

Suspect was picked up from Sacramento County Jail, located at 651 I Street in Sacramento. The suspect had a warrant from Yolo County.


Brandishing a Knife

Wednesday, December 9th at 11:00 p.m.

2119 West Capitol Ave.

A male and a female were contacted due to a call of knife being brandished. Both suspects had narcotic paraphernalia on their person, and they were both cited and released from the scene.


Suspicious Activity

Wednesday, December 9th at 1:00 p.m.

817 West Capitol Ave.

Someone called the police department to report suspicious activity at a motel.


Shoplifting

Tuesday, December 8th at 3:36 p.m.

Walmart, 755 Riverpoint Ct.

The suspect was observed concealing merchandise and then exiting the store, passing all points of sale and making no attempt to pay for the merchandise. The total value of merchandise was $48.30. The suspect was cited and released with a notice to appear in court.


Bicycle Bickering

Tuesday, December 8th at 3:30 p.m.

Popular Ave. and West Capitol Ave.

A suspect and victim got into an argument over a bicycle, which escalated into a physical fight.


Spitting Suspect

Monday, December 7th at 7:06 p.m.

1298 West Capitol Ave.

A suspect was in a verbal altercation with a store employee who had asked him to leave. The suspect spit on the victim as the police arrived on-scene. The victim signed a citizen’s arrest for the suspect.


Loaded Weapon

Monday, December 7th at 4:24 p.m.

200 2nd St.

A suspect was observed carrying a loaded high-capacity magazine and a concealed loaded 9mm firearm as officers were investigating a brandishing of a firearm call. The suspect was arrested and booked into Yolo County Jail.


Assault with Fists

Sunday, December 6th at 2:02 p.m.

948 West Capitol Ave.

A suspect punched a victim in the face, causing visible injury. Victim signed a citizen’s arrest. The suspect was cited and released on a promise to appear in court.


Vandalized Car

Sunday, December 6th at 1:45 a.m.

3401 Savannah Ln.

Victim’s ex-girlfriend vandalized victim’s car, which was parked in the parking lot of his apartment complex. Victim estimated the total damage to be approximately $10,000.


Physical Fight

Saturday, December 5th at 6:49 p.m.

2580 Duet Dr.

Suspect and victim got into a physical altercation.


Shoplifting

Saturday, December 5th at 4:30 p.m.

Walmart, 755 Riverpoint Ct.

Suspect concealed items and left the business without paying for the concealed items.


Assault and Vehicle Damage

Friday, December 4th at 12:30 p.m.

550 Jefferson Blvd.

A person stated that he was pepper sprayed and his vehicle vandalized by his ex-girlfriend and a known male. A report was taken and forwarded to the DA for review.
