West Sacramento, CA (MPG) - Every California Highway Patrol (CHP) vehicle you see on the road has something in common … before it was pressed into duty, it passed through the largest government emergency vehicle equipping line in the nation.  The CHP’s Fleet Operations facility in West Sacramento can send approximately 1,200 emergency vehicles through our equipping line per year.  To mark 25 years in our current facility, the public is invited to join us for an open house.
