Classic Car and Truck Show Returns to Yolo on Aug. 24

WOODLAND, CA (MPG) - Join Yolo County Library and the Friends of the Yolo Branch Library for the Cruisin’ into the Next Chapter Classic Car and Truck Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24. The event will be held around the new Yolo Branch Library, located at 37750 Sacramento St., Yolo, just a five-minute drive north of Woodland.

This free, family-friendly event will showcase a diverse collection of classic cars and trucks. Highlights include a youth lowrider bike show, antique fire trucks, tractors, and engine displays.

Attendees can enjoy a variety of food options while listening to music provided by a Rockwell Sound & Lighting deejay.

An art exhibit featuring automotive drawings by Cache Creek High School students will be displayed inside the library.

Additional activities include book giveaways, balloon twisting and children's activities. Participants can also enter a drawing for a chance to win various prizes, browse vendor stalls and buy event T-shirts and souvenirs.
