WOODLAND, CA (MPG) - Coaches and assistant coaches are needed for the baseball team sponsored by the American Legion Woodland’s Yolo Post 77.

Sixty-four teams nationwide will compete in eight regional programs starting from June 1 through Aug. 6. The local team will be composed of Yolo County males ages 19 and under.

Eight teams will emerge from the initial field of 64 to reach the 97th annual American Legion World Series.

Yolo games have a $5 admission fee. A snack bar with drinks and snacks is available.
