Annual Festival Brings Diverse Flavors to Davis

DAVIS, CA (MPG) - The 11th annual "Taste of Davis and Yolo" is being held at the Odd Fellows Lodge at 415 2nd St. in downtown Davis on Sunday, Sept. 28, 6 to 8 p.m. The public is invited to come socialize and enjoy a variety of foods, wines, desserts, beer and more from 15 purveyors located throughout Yolo County. Several are new to this area.
Featured purveyors for 2025 include The Hive Tasting Room and Kitchen, featuring honey from Woodland, Bandolio Olive Oil from Winters, North African Passion and Turkovich Winery, a long-established winery in Winters. The full lineup includes Ludy's BBQ and Catering, Super Owl Brewing in Westlake Plaza, Curry Kabab Paradise, Maya's, serving authentic Mexican food in Davis, Dunloe Brewing, Three Mile Brewing Co., The Davis Creamery, Mercado Davis, L'Apéro les Trois, spotlighting French farmhouse-style apéritifs in Winters, Taber Ranch Vineyard & Event Center from Capay and Hunan Bar & Restaurant, serving Chinese food in Davis.
Edward Jones is the major event sponsor with support from local Edward Jones Financial Officers Rusty Seymour, Sterling Koliba, Peter Jensen, Jen Kukis, Nicole Davis and David Cougevan from Davis and Joe Trotter from Winters. Members and pledges of the Odd Fellows Lodge contributing $200 to the event are Lea and Dave Rosenberg, Benay Bernstein, Roy Kaplan, Lisette Walker and Tapua Gwarada, Alexis Roberts, Shirley Levy, Pam and Sven Holm Joyce Trujillo, Michelle Weiss, Nancy and Blake Temple, Craig Caudill, Santosh Sah, Michael and Mabel Reynolds, David Siegel and Nancy Lazarus, Kathy and Ted Puntillo, Jim and Holly Moen, Carol Youmans, Carl Treseder, Tony Ruiz and Terri Fong.
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door and may be purchased online through eventbrite.com at DavisOddFellowsTODAY2025. This is a sell-out event and space is limited.
Besides being a fundraising event for the Davis Odd Fellows Lodge, a portion of the proceeds will be given to Yolo County Meals on Wheels, a community-based program, which is part of the national network that provides nutritious meals to homebound seniors and others who are unable to shop or prepare their own food.
