First City Junior Golf Tournament Played

SACRAMENTO REGION, CA (MPG) - The first Sacramento City Junior Golf Tournament for boys and girls aged 7 to 11 was played at the nine-hole William Land Park golf course on Oct. 4 and Oct. 5.
The boys’ 10 to 11 champion was Duke Bakovic from Roseville with a score of 33-39-72.
In second place was Andy Wang of Newmark with a score 35-38-73 and third place was a tie of 76 between Jase Jackson from Novato, scoring 38-38-76, and Oliver Her from Sacramento, scoring 39-37-76, with the winning card-off going to Her for the second day score.
The boys’ 7 to 9 champion was Braxton Medlock from Walnut Creek, with a score of 36-36-72. In second place was Sebastian Shea from Granite Bay, scoring 39-37-76.

In third place was Stanford Gilmore from Elk Grove, scoring 40-38-78.
The girls’ 10 to 11 champion was Brooke Lee from Los Altos, with a score of 38-33-71. In second place was Lena Napper from Elk Grove, scoring 42-40-82.
In third place was Savannah Mitchell from Rancho Cordova, scoring 43-40-83.
The girls’ 7 to 9 champion is Bailee Xu with a score of 39-38-77.
