WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - Grab your best outfit and dancing shoes because Family Dance 2026 is rolling out the red carpet for a night of fun, laughter and together time in West Sacramento.

Hosted by the West Sacramento Parks & Recreation Department Community Center, the annual Family Dance invites parents, kids and caregivers to share an evening packed with music, creativity and memory-making. The optional Hollywood-themed dress-up adds a playful twist, giving families the chance to channel movie stars or classic film icons while they dance the night away.

The event takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at the West Sacramento Community Center, 1075 West Capitol Ave. A DJ-led dance floor will keep the energy high, while craft activities and fun photo opportunities offer something for all ages. Light refreshments will be available to keep dancers fueled throughout the evening.
