WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) - The City of West Sacramento is excited to launch the Public Art Strategic Plan. This plan is a new initiative to enhance how public art is experienced and funded across the city.
In partnership with Keen Independent Research, a study will be conducted with the public and stakeholders on the best way to integrate public art into parks, streetscapes, civic spaces, and new developments.
Community members are encouraged to attend the first Public Art Input Session on Monday, Feb. 23, at 6:30 p.m., at West Sacramento City Hall, 1110 W. Capitol Avenue, following the Arts, Culture and Historic Preservation Committee meeting.
If members of the community cannot attend the meeting, they’re encouraged to share their thoughts through an online survey created by Keen Independent Research.
